This site has been designed and developed to help and assist you in the design and material aspects of house construction. Advancements in technology an understanding have resulted in a constant roll out of new construction materials that are designed to make life a whole lot better for you in every respect. We intend to introduce these materials to you as we familiarise ourselves with them. we feel that people in Ireland are being offered the "same old, same old" when it comes to house construction because there is an unwillingness to change within the industry. Maybe it is because money is too easily made at the expense of the consumer, but, whatever the reason, there is certainly a need for change now. People will really benefit by being aware of what's out there so it's also up to each individual to keep in touch with progress in construction methods and materials and hopefully we can help.

We at Energybuild also offer a full design and consultancy service and can provide you with all the plans, elevations and sections you need for planning and building purposes. Designs can be formulated from your own inspirations with a bit of help from us, or, you can simply choose one of our own carefully thought through south-facing designs. Any changes to our own designs will be charged at an hourly rate above the plan costs.

We also offer a 3D model service that offers realism both internally and externally. This service is invaluable for selling and marketing purposes. The sample shows a North West elevation of a South-facing house with enclosed bamboo and water garden. This type of structure allows all elevations to be enjoyed from within the living space.
